Mr. Arnett,
I feel I need to let you know about a situation that has come to my attention today regarding the Judson Family reunion on the dates of July 25TH to the 29TH. Three of the rooms that we have had blocked since last year are not the rooms that are stated on our contract and are a not acceptable to the renters. These people have paid their deposit with good faith that they would have what they ordered per the contract. NOT what ever is available at the time of check in. I have given all the information to the sales group and the catering dept way in advance of the due dates and expect you to hold up your end of the contract. As it states on the contract that any changes must be made in writing I have not received any thing saying that rooms have changed. I only found this out due to a phone call to you today or this would have been a total disaster on check in. The rooms in questions are :
Laura Whitt….. ordered a galleria 2 bedroom suite EXTERIOR
Holly McQueen…. ordered a galleria 2 bedroom suite EXTERIOR with a KING size bed
Christene …….. ordered a galleria handicap room WITH OUT a hospital bed
