JOB TITLE: Food Service
SHIFT: Varies
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time Seasonal
REQUIREMENTS: Indoor Waterpark needs a food service attendant. Duties include waiting on customers, cashier and light cooking. Customer service oriented.

JOB TITLE: Pizza Maker
SHIFT: Varies
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time Seasonal
REQUIREMENTS: Experienced pizza maker. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

JOB TITLE: Convention Houseperson
SHIFT: Varies
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Part Time
REQUIREMENTS: Duties include set up and break down for banquets, cocktail receptions, and coffee break services. Audio and visual set ups. Applicant must be reliable and dependable. Position is hourly rate plus gratuities. Weekends and Holidays a must.

JOB TITLE: Host
SHIFT: Varies
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Part Time
REQUIREMENTS: Experienced host needed. Duties include seating, reservations and process guest checks. Pleasant personality and customer service skills.

JOB TITLE: Bartender
SHIFT: Nights and Weekends
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Part Time
REQUIREMENTS: Experienced Bartender needed for summer employment. Pleasant personality. Must have at least six months previous experience. Nights, weekends and holidays.

JOB TITLE: Barback
SHIFT: Nights and Weekends
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Part Time
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be able to carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Applicants must be available to work weekends and nights and be at least 18 years of age. Duties include stocking bar, ice and providing support and assistance to the beverage staff.

JOB TITLE: Line Cook

REQUIREMENTS: Experienced line cooks needed. Full time employment.

JOB TITLE: Beach Patrol
SHIFT: Days
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time/Seasonal
REQUIREMENTS: Patrol beach area to ensure safety of guests. Check for beach tags. Assertive but must have good guest relation skills. Accurate record keeping, pleasant personality.

JOB TITLE: Hotel Security

REQUIREMENTS: Full time security guards. Patrol resort property. Respond to incidents. Valid drivers license required and ability to patrol on foot. Experience Required.

JOB TITLE: Pizza Delivery and Counter Persons

REQUIREMENTS: Resort pizza parlor is in need of delivery driver and counter persons.

JOB TITLE: Dishwasher

  • When will the waterpark be open?
    H20ooohh !! Indoor Waterpark is now open - it will be closed some Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's in off season - check the schedule online for hours of operation.

  • Does Split Rock offer wireless internet access?
    Wireless internet access is provided throughout the Galleria and Willowbrook buildings and in the lobby of the Lodge.

  • Are pets allowed at Split Rock?
    Pets are not permitted on property.

  • Is smoking allowed at Split Rock?
    Smoking is allowed only in certain rooms and outside the facility.

  • Does the Resort have quiet hours?
    Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., but we ask that all guests are courteous to other guest during their stay

  • Is a credit card required at check in even if my suite has been pre-paid?
    A credit card is required at check in to cover incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay. At check in, your credit card will be authorized to cover the cost of additional nights and $50.00 per night for incidentals

  • Does the Resort accept Debit Cards?
    The Resort does accept Debit Cards, and an authorization will be held against your card. Even though the authorization is released at check out, it may take your bank up to 10 business days to release the hold.

  • I'm having a problem logging into the timeshare section of the website.
    If you've registered and received a password and username and you're having problem logging in..please email Gina Sodl

  • How do I get in touch with a guest of The Resort?
    Please call 570-722-9111 to get in touch with a guest that is staying at The Resort.     The 800 number is for reservations only and can not be transferred to guest rooms.

  • I'm having a problem viewing your website. I keep getting a "forbidden" type of error when trying to access the pages.
    If you're having this problem, most likely you're an AOL user using the AOL browser. The AOL web browser is a stripped down version of Internet Explorer and not really based on "web standards"

    To rectify this, log into your AOL account as usual, but instead of browsing the internet using AOL's browser... open Internet Explorer (which comes installed on all Windows computers) and use THAT to access our site.
