2011  Saturday and Sunday Seminars are as follows:

1:00 to 1:45 p.m.  - The Essentials of Wine Tasting
Learn the basics of tasting wine with Carl Helrich of Allegro Vineyards. A fun and interactive session that introduces wine enthusiasts to sampling and selecting wines.

2 – 2:45 p.m.  - Wine and Cheese: The Perfect Pairing
Amy Niemkiewicz of Crossing Vineyards & Winery and Lisa Griffiths of igourmet team up to offer pairing tips for two of our favorite foods! Savor the experience and enjoy the lively pairings.

3 – 3:45 p.m. –  ”Le Ducle Vino”
Taste some delightful sweet and sassy wines including Sangria, Niagara and Sunset Blush.  Lee Miller from Chaddsford Winery  gives you some hints for making great punches, coolers and spritzers for parties and summertime entertaining.
