Audio visual Equipment
Audio visual equipment is included at no additional charge for one meeting room if it is part of contracted package: Podium, 4′ x 6′ Tripod Screen, Flipchart, Markers, Easel, Pens and Pads.

Wireless Internet
Guest can use wireless Internet throughout various locations at the Resort. The Galleria conference space and sleeping rooms offer categorized bandwidth allowing conferences to participate in multi-cast IP video streams, bi-direction online interaction such as shared meeting and collaboration spaces; project whiteboards, streaming video, as well as voice over IP and dual mode cellular/WiFi Services.

Secretarial Services
Services can be requested in the Conference Services Office. Typing, copies, shipping and receiving are all available for nominal fees.
