Food and Beverage Arrangements The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and Department of Agriculture regulate the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages and preparation and distribution of all food, respectively. Split Rock Golf Club is responsible for the administration of those regulations. Therefore, it is our policy that no alcoholic beverages or food may be brought into the facility for any banquet events. Entertainment Split Rock Golf Club will provide you with our preferred professional list. Please keep in mind that Split Rock Golf Club is not responsible for the arrangements with any vendors; however, once they are on the premises, out of respect to our dining guests, they must abide by Split Rock Golf Club guidelines. June 21st and 22nd, 2008 7th Annual Great Pocono Cookie Contest - You are invited to the 6th Annual Great Pocono Cookie Contest. Bring at least one dozen homemade cookies to the Pit Lounge any Thursday at 4:00pm from Jan 3rd, 2008 - December 25th, 2008. The weekly winner receive lunch for two. There will be a random drawing of all the weekly winners on December 31, 2008 for the Grand Prize of A Free Weeks Stay at the beautiful Split Rock Resort and Golf Club. You may bake any type of cookies you want and enter the contest as many times as you wish. Mail in entries are always welcome. Please time your delivery so that your cookies arrive before Thursday of any week.
