Audio visual equipment is included at no additional charge for one meeting room if it is part of contracted package: Podium, 4' x 6' Tripod Screen, Flipchart, Markers, Easel, Pens and Pads.

Wireless Internet
Guest can use wireless Internet throughout various locations at the Resort. The Galleria conference space and sleeping rooms offer categorized bandwidth allowing conferences to participate in multi-cast IP video streams, bi-direction online interaction such as shared meeting and collaboration spaces; project whiteboards, streaming video, as well as voice over IP and dual mode cellular/WiFi Services. 

24-Hour Business Center
Located on the first floor of the Galleria, the business center offers two Internet enabled computers, color printers, scanning and faxing services. 

Secretarial Services
Services can be requested in the Conference Services Office. Typing, copies, shipping and receiving are all available for nominal fees.

Our indoor area offers: 

• Carpeted trade show space for (2) Exhibit areas with sizes of 120’x220’ and 75’x155’
• Easy load in and out with a standard loading dock for tractor trailers, as well as a 2 story high garage door for easy vehicle access if needed
• Vehicles are permitted on Exhibit floor with few stipulations, such as; plastic under the vehicle once in place, minimal gas in the tank and battery disconnect prior to start of show
• Permanent registration desk with (2) phone lines capable for outside calling, as well as landline access for Internet or credit card machines
• Entire Exhibit area is WiFi capable
• Electric available from standard 110v hook up to complete 220 phase hard wired into our system.  Our Electricians are available for assistance with all your electric needs.
• All trade shows include cleaning and garbage removal.  Rental of garbage dumpsters available at a charge for appropriate sizes.
• Vendor parking areas close to the Exhibit areas
