Plan your special day in our special setting, Where the Mountains meet the Lake. Our Professional Staff is committed to providing excellence and quality service with a Wedding Coordinator to assist you with every detail, assuring that your special day will be memorable.

Our Wedding Packages offer various meal selections, from Buffet and Personalized Chef Stations to Traditional Plated meals which also include Hors d’oeuvres selections for your Cocktail Reception. Your Wedding Cake is specially designed for you by Merry’s Custom Cakes who will offer a taste testing of your selected cake before the big day.

The Wedding Package will include a Champagne Toast for Adults and Sparkling Cider for Children. Our Bar Packages are priced for you based upon Selection and Length of service. Split Rock Resort and Golf Club is very flexible in offering you a Bar package tailored to your needs.

Elegant Banquet Facilities are available in the Galleria at Split Rock or in Sunset Green at the Golf Clubhouse. Our Facilities include linen and china for your event with the option to add special colors for the theme of your special day. We offer locations for Outside Wedding Ceremonies and include our traditional wooden arch for the Bride and Groom to be married under. You are encouraged to tour our property and select the finest locations for your pictures and video to enhance the memory of your special day.

Split Rock Resort and Golf Club offers a complete list of vendors to assist you with the planning and preparations for your Wedding. Our vendors are referred by the Resort, as we have worked with them for many years and can assure that they provide the best service for you.

General Information
We have provided a summary of the most commonly requested information you will need to plan your wedding reception at the Split Rock Golf Club. As you progress in the planning process, our Sales Managers will be able to provide any additional information that you may require.

Florists, Music & Photographers
Split Rock Golf Club will provide you with our preferred professional list. These individuals are reliable service providers and are familiar with our facility. 

Food and Beverage Arrangements
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and Department of Agriculture regulate the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages and preparation and distribution of all food, respectively. Split Rock Golf Club is responsible for the administration of those regulations. Therefore, it is our policy that no alcoholic beverages or food may be brought into the facility for any banquet events.

Entertainment
Split Rock Golf Club will provide you with our preferred professional list. Please keep in mind that Split Rock Golf Club is not responsible for the arrangements with any vendors; however, once they are on the premises, out of respect to our dining guests, they must abide by Split Rock Golf Club guidelines.

Pricing
Your Sales Manager will be more than happy to work with you to create a wedding package to accommodate your specific needs. Please ask for the minimums required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals. In addition to the package price, there will be a 17% service charge and PA state sales tax added to all food and beverage charges. Prices may be subject to change.

Guarantees
In order to secure the date of your event, a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required. In addition, to assist us in the proper preparation of your function, seven (7) days prior to your event you will be required to give your Sales Manager the exact number of guests expected to attend. This number will be considered your minimum group guarantee. Once established, your minimum guarantee may not be decreased and you will be billed accordingly.

  • When will the waterpark be open?
    H20ooohh !! Indoor Waterpark is now open - it will be closed some Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's in off season - check the schedule online for hours of operation.

  • Does Split Rock offer wireless internet access?
    Wireless internet access is provided throughout the Galleria and Willowbrook buildings and in the lobby of the Lodge.

  • Are pets allowed at Split Rock?
    Pets are not permitted on property.

  • Is smoking allowed at Split Rock?
    Smoking is allowed only in certain rooms and outside the facility.

  • Does the Resort have quiet hours?
    Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., but we ask that all guests are courteous to other guest during their stay

  • Is a credit card required at check in even if my suite has been pre-paid?
    A credit card is required at check in to cover incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay. At check in, your credit card will be authorized to cover the cost of additional nights and $50.00 per night for incidentals

  • Does the Resort accept Debit Cards?
    The Resort does accept Debit Cards, and an authorization will be held against your card. Even though the authorization is released at check out, it may take your bank up to 10 business days to release the hold.

  • I'm having a problem logging into the timeshare section of the website.
    If you've registered and received a password and username and you're having problem logging in..please email Gina Sodl

  • How do I get in touch with a guest of The Resort?
    Please call 570-722-9111 to get in touch with a guest that is staying at The Resort.     The 800 number is for reservations only and can not be transferred to guest rooms.

    What size boats can I bring ?
     You must make a reservation to bring a boat when you stay on property - a boat slip is $8 per night. The maximum size boat is 18' long and 81" wide. Please call 570-722-9901 to book a boat slip.

  • I'm having a problem viewing your website. I keep getting a "forbidden" type of error when trying to access the pages.
    If you're having this problem, most likely you're an AOL user using the AOL browser. The AOL web browser is a stripped down version of Internet Explorer and not really based on "web standards"

    To rectify this, log into your AOL account as usual, but instead of browsing the internet using AOL's browser... open Internet Explorer (which comes installed on all Windows computers) and use THAT to access our site.
