Wine and Food Festival
The two day outdoor festival, held from 12 to 6pm on the grounds of Split Rock Resort located in beautiful Lake Harmony, will feature continuous musical entertainment on three separate stages, up to 30 of Pennsylvania's finest wineries and a wide selection of food vendors to tempt your tastebuds. Educational Seminars will be held during the Festival so check them out and learn some new things about wine.Split Rock also offers a weekend package for our overnight guests.  The Saturday and Sunday Seminars are as follows: 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. The Essentials of Wine Tasting Learn the basics of tasting wine with Adams County Winery. A fun and interactive session that introduces wine enthusiasts to sampling and selecting wines. 2 to 2:45 p.m. Wine and Cheese: The Perfect Pairing The folks from Clover Hill Vineyard & Winery & igourmet team up to offer pairing tips for two of our favorite foods! Savor the experience and enjoy the lively pairings. 3 to 3:45 p.m. Emergin New Varieties of Wines

Thank you for your 2008 Wine Festival Ticket Order Tickets ordered by June 17th will be sent out in the mail. Any ticket ordered after June 17th will be held at the WILL CALL at the festival entrance. You can purchase tickets at Split Rock Reservation office until Thursday June 19, 2008 at 9:00pm. Tickets are valid for either day. An adult ticket includes: a wine glass and wine tastings, educational seminars, 3 stages of music and wine check service for purchased cases of wine. Crafts and food are additional.
The Resort at Split Rock would like to invite you to join us for the 18th Annual Great Taste of Pennsylvania Wine & Food Festival. The event will be held June 21st & 22nd 2008 at The Split Rock Resort in Lake Harmony, PA. This event attracts consumers from the entire tri-state area, including the major metropolitan areas of Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey. Last year the festival was very successful due to the great winery participation we received.

June 21st and 22nd, 2008 7th Annual Great Pocono Cookie Contest - You are invited to the 6th Annual Great Pocono Cookie Contest. Bring at least one dozen homemade cookies to the Pit Lounge any Thursday at 4:00pm from Jan 3rd, 2008 - December 25th, 2008. The weekly winner receive lunch for two. There will be a random drawing of all the weekly winners on December 31, 2008 for the Grand Prize of A Free Weeks Stay at the beautiful Split Rock Resort and Golf Club. You may bake any type of cookies you want and enter the contest as many times as you wish. Mail in entries are always welcome. Please time your delivery so that your cookies arrive before Thursday of any week.
