Wine and Food Festival
The two day outdoor festival will be held June 13th & 14th, 2009 from 12pm to 6pm on the grounds of Split Rock Resort located in beautiful Lake Harmony. The festival will feature continuous musical entertainment on three separate stages, Pennsylvania's finest wineries and a wide selection of food vendors to tempt your tastebuds. Educational Seminars will be held during the Festival so check them out and learn some new things about wine.Split Rock also offers a weekend package for our overnight guests. 2009 Performers
 The Saturday and Sunday Seminars are as follows:
12:30 to 1:15 p.m. The Essentials of Wine Tasting Learn the basics of tasting wine with John Kramb Adams County Winery. A fun and interactive session that introduces wine enthusiasts to sampling and selecting wines.
2 – 2:45 p.m. Wine and Cheese: The Perfect Pairing The Sarah Troxell of Galen Glen Vineyard & Winery and igourmet team up to offer pairing tips for two of our favorite foods! Savor the experience and enjoy the lively pairings.
3 – 3:45 p.m. Summer Time Whites Kari Skrip-Driscoll of Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery will introduce you to a few cool wines to enjoy in the heat. Learn about exciting white wines that are perfect to enjoy as you celebrate the days of summer
Asian marinated baby back ribs with sautéed bok choy and a grilled pepper medley Served with Blue Mountain’s Merlot
Salad of spring mix, goat cheese, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges with toasted almonds and agrodolce dressing Served with Heritage Wine Cellar’s Peach
Pan seared monk fish and grilled asparagus over lobster ravioli with sauce americaine Served with Mazza Winery’s Reisling
White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake with fresh berries and whipped cream Served with Cherry Valley’s Raspberry Dessert Wine

Children 4 years and younger stay for FREE; meals and skiing not included.
