The Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway operates trains into the Lehigh Gorge State Park from the former Central Railroad of New Jersey station in historic downtown Jim Thorpe. This 16-mile, narrated, round trip train ride is a fun, family friendly adventure.

Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm

Explore the Quiet Valley Living Hisorical Farm

A favorite destination among visitors is this 19th century eastern Pennsylvania German farm dedicated to the preservation and education of rural farm life. Take a summer farm tour that portrays family members of the Johann Zepper descendants—re-enacting the life of the original Pennsylvania German family who lived on the farm from the 1760s to 1913–an educational workshop, or attend one of the many special events held at the farm.
